Awful experience with Liberty Travel. The agent that handled our trip booked the wrong dates for our hotel and transportation (basically the worst mistake a travel agent can make) so we ended up in a terrible room since the upgraded room that we reserved was unavailable and we were majorly inconvenienced, spending nearly 4 hours of the first day of our three day trip dealing with the fallout of her mistake.
Pretty knowledgeable. Needs more pamphlets on certain destinations, had 5 pamphlets on same location but didn't have one for Vegas.
So glad I chose Metuchen liberty travel office .

While we were there communication was excellent - "don't worry, we will take care of everything". Once we got home it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of refund. Ignored emails, no return phone calls. Finally I had to escalate things to corporate. All in almost 60 days to receive any resolution which was a pittance compared to the mistake. At this point I'm just glad to be done with it and I still haven't received a formal apology. I would not recommend Liberty Travel.
The representative Meagan never returns phone calls or emails.. I'm waiting for a refund, she's now moved to a different office..Please remember word of mouth and social media really hurt a business...So Meagan never mind about my refund.. lol...
